Welcome to Clean Rides QC. By booking a service, submitting a form, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

Clean Rides QC provides mobile and on-site vehicle detailing services based in Carbon Cliff, Illinois. We strive to deliver high-quality results; however, results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.

2. Booking & Payment

Customers may book services through our website or direct communication.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Cash
• Credit/Debit Card
• Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay
• Online payments via Stripe

Deposits are not typically required but may be requested at our discretion, particularly in cases of repeated cancellations.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to provide excellent service. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.

Refunds are not typically provided.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Clean Rides QC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as needed.

• No-shows may incur a $29 fee added to the customer’s next service.

5. Mobile Service & Weather

As a mobile detailing service:

• Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions or unsafe working environments.

• Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible service location.

6. Vehicle Condition & Liability

By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree:

• Clean Rides QC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles.

• We are not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

• Some stains, odors, or imperfections may not be fully removable.

• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a vehicle is deemed unsafe or conditions are unsuitable.

7. Use of Photos

We may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for quality control and marketing purposes. These images may be used on our website and social media.

If you prefer your vehicle not to be photographed or shared, please notify us in advance.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Clean Rides QC reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or unrealistic service expectations.

9. Referral Program Terms

Clean Rides QC may offer a referral program that provides promotional credits or discounts to customers who refer new clients.

Eligibility:
Referral rewards are only valid for new customers who have not previously used Clean Rides QC services. A “new customer” is defined as an individual who has never booked or received a service with us before.

Referral Rewards:

• Referring customers may receive a promotional credit (e.g., $20 off a future service) once the referred customer completes a qualifying service.

• Referred customers may receive a promotional discount (e.g., $5 off their first service).

• Referral rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Limitations:

• Referral credits may be limited to one per referred customer.

• Clean Rides QC reserves the right to set expiration dates or usage limits on referral rewards.

Fraud & Abuse:
Clean Rides QC reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or revoke referral credits at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the referral program has been used:

• Fraudulently

• Through system errors or glitches

• Through self-referrals or duplicate accounts

• Or by any other unconventional or unintended methods

Any misuse of the referral program may result in disqualification from the program and/or refusal of service.

Changes to Program:
Clean Rides QC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
